How donation pickup works

We lift from any room or curb. Apartments & stairwells are OK. - Routing
Donate first. If not accepted, we clean & rehome; if still not viable, we dismantle and route materials for recycling.
Many charities limit pickups to curb/ground floor and drivers may decline items; Ex-Mattress removes the friction and still prioritizes reuse & recycling.
Before we arrive
- Access notes: Add door/gate codes or parking tips in the form.
- Clear a path: Move small tripping hazards if we’re going inside.
- Bundle loose items: Bag small bedding so we can move faster.
